Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Worldwide: 8-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Customs & Duties

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. SnugPod is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at hello@snugpod.com and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
