We stand behind every SnugPod with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@snugpod.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return shipping label within 24-48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original or resalable condition.
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.
  • Sale items are final sale.

1-Year Warranty

Every SnugPod comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your SnugPod fails under normal use within one year of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.
